Taha and Hossein, the owners of zand kitchen are from the ancient city of Shiraz. Since they moved to New Zealand, they are the creative hands behind the products made in Zand Kitchen. Taha studied cookery and is the main chef behind Zand Kitchen Bakery who has over 20 years experience in the food and baking industry. Hossein has a strong background and experience as a food technologist, working in the food industry for over 25 years. With such a vast knowledge of cooking, science behind food and experience in food production, Taha and Hossein have used their talent and background to make traditional and modern breads from all over the world.
Zand kitchen always uses fresh and high quality ingredients for their products. Zand kitchen breads contain no preservatives or artificial additives. Taha has a genuine passion for breads and food hence why she makes sure to produce authentic, high quality and traditional artisan breads from all over the world.
